1847, 10¢ black (2), large margins, including partial sheet margin at left, excellent color and impression, tied by one of two partial strikes blue Philadelphia c.d.s., used with Blood's 2¢ black on bronze (15L17), acid tied, on double rate 1848 folded letter to Pittsburgh; small vertical scissor cut in sheet margin of 10¢, well away from the design and not mentioned in certificate, cover with a minor internal tear, a Fine and very rare usage.
