1857-60 (1875 Reprint), 90¢ deep blue (47), without gum as issued, exceptionally well centered with perforations well clear of design at both top and bottom and full perforations all around, deep, dark color and strong, prooflike impression; accompanying certificate notes "lightly toned" [which we feel is way too harsh just because the paper is not quite white], otherwise Extremely Fine.
