1863, 2¢ black (73), horizontal strip of three, canceled by two strikes of "Paid" handstamp, on double rate cover to Barnesville Ohio with "Johnson Ranch Cal. Feb. 5" double line Collin postmark; cover with minor wear, strip with a few age freckles, still Fine, rare west coast use of the Black Jack and an uncommon late usage of this style Collin marking. This Sutter County office became Wheatland in 1866.
