As mentioned when discussing the 30¢ small Bank Note in lot 2042, this issue is uniformly difficult to locate in this choice, never hinged condition. When it comes to the 10¢, it seems that all of the stamps with outstanding centering are hinged, and the never hinged examples are not really well centered. This example should end the quest for the perfect 10¢.
