A SIMPLY AMAZING STAMP THAT HAS BEEN AWARDED THE HIGHEST GRADE FOR ANY 10¢ PAN PACIFIC, BEING THE SOLE EXAMPLE TO RECEIVE THE COVETED 100J.

Expertization: 1993 PF and 2007 PSE Certificates, the latter graded Gem 100J.

This 10¢ Pan Pacific is the kind of stamp that may have initially served as inspiration for the concept of grading. How else can we so succinctly express the perfection we find on this example than to say "100J".
