1857, 1¢ blue, type II (20), plate 4, strip of three, positions 58-60L4, tied by "Lansing Iowa" c.d.s. on cover to East Weymouth, Mass.; all stamps with tears, apparently prior to use but a Very Fine cover and an exceptionally rare plate 4 strip that is listed but not priced by Scott ($3,750 as singles).
