1857, Group of Seven 1¢ Covers, One type IIia (22) tied by "Ogdensburgh, N.Y. Apr 2 1861" c.d.s. to Shrewsbury, N.Y., stamp with tiny stain spot, otherwise Very Fine; balance type V (24): five bear stamps with "captured" imprints in margin (four are circular rate, one a horizontal strip of 3); last bears a strip of three, positions 8-10R8, canceled by partial double-oval "New London N.H. Jul 14" datestamp with an additional, clearer strike alongside, to Sanbornton Bridge, N.H., couple tone spots; a Fine and scarce group for the 1¢ specialist.
