1863, 2¢ black (73), block of six tied on cover to Worcester, Mass. by blue "Martinsburgh Va. Mar 1864" double-ring c.d.s.s; top flap refolded where stamps were originally folded over top of envelope (right stamps creased from foldover) top right stamp defective, otherwise a Fine and very scarce use of a block of six on a small cover.
