1863, 2¢ black, diagonal bisect, used as part of 3¢ rate (73a), lower right diagonal half in pair with full 2c lightly tied across cut by target cancels on buff cover postmarked Marysville, Pa. c.d.s. to Shrewsbury, Pa.; clipped perfs at bottom left edge of bisect, cover with flap missing and small bit of top edge restored, Fine to Very Fine appearance.
