1924, 5¢ Huguenot-Walloon (616), upper right plate no. F15754 block of eight, pre-cancelled Marion, Ohio, fresh and nicely centered, unused with full lightly hinged original gum, Very Fine and rare. Only two sheets of 100 were precanceled at Merion, making only eight of these plate blocks possible.
