(stamp with partial imprint) and Fort Delaware examiner's oval (not initialed) with manuscript "Flag of Truce" plus Sep 23 Richmond c.d.s. and "10" handstamp to Lexington Va. from "A. Barkley Lt - 4th Va. Inf."; last open on both ends, otherwise both F-VF.
