Hawaii, 1871, 18¢ dull rose (34), tied by target with dotted center, on large size cloth-lined cover to New York with U.S. 10c Brown (161), segmented cork cancel, clear red "REGISTERED" struck below stamps, red "G.P.O./Hawn. Islds./Paid All/8-23-75" c.d.s. at center, top flap removed but most of PMG wax seal retained, cover toned with one tiny spot on 10c, rare usage. Listed but unpriced in Scott.
