Valuable Collection Balance, 1845-1945, comprehensive collection in a Scott National Album to about 1945; starts with #10X1, then includes used #2, 31, 27, 28, 29, 31, 34, 62B, 64, 67, 75, 85, 85B, 85C, 100, 101, 118-122, 141, and unused #37, 39, 42, 43, 45, 47, 110, 124, 126, 129, 218, 240-245 (50¢ & $4 o.g.), 260-263 (50¢ & both $1 o.g.), 276 (o.g.), 277, 278, 292 (o.g.), 293, 310-313 (all o.g.), etc., etc.; also includes some modern errors and some exceptional Back-of-the-Book including very strong Officials (Scott $25,000) including O68 (o.g. with/PFC) and Newspapers ($18,000) including PR26 (o.g.) & PR28 (n.g. with/PFC). Condition, as one might expect, is very mixed, with the collector's aim being to fill spaces; centering and regumming are the biggest problems, but a careful inspection will reveal plenty of F-VF $100-$300 & up stamps. A tremendous opportunity for a dealer or a general U.S. collector.
