1890 Issue, Balance of Plate Proofs on Card (219P4-229P4), comprises 90 singles, including six complete sets, and 22 blocks including blocks of 4 of the 2¢ lake, the 8¢, the 15¢, the 30¢ and four blocks of four and a block of 10 of the 90¢; also includes an imprint and plate no. strip of 6 of the 6¢; a couple 2¢ lake are a bit faded, but virtually everthing else is clean and VF-XF.
