Columbian Issue, Balance of Plate Proofs on Card (230P4-245P4), comprises 39 singles, including one complete set ($3 discolored) and two additional $5 and nine blocks of 4, including a 6¢ India on card and a $5 with the top stamps creased; also includes an imprint block of 18 of the 1¢, pairs of the 1¢ (2), 2¢ & 3¢ and a strip of 3 of the 8¢; other than the two mentioned faults, virtually everything is clean and F-VF or better.
