[To France] 1873, 6¢ dull pink (159), used with 3¢ green (158), tied by cork on tissue paper cover to Paris, France at the 9¢ treaty rate, red "Boston Paid Dec 19" exchange cds, Paris (12.31) arrival cds, "Forwarded by Munroe & Co." oval h.s. and France 25c blue tied by French "3" star for forwarding to Nice, additional strike of star cancels 6¢ Nice (1.1) backstamp; missing corner, 6¢ small tear and creases, a Very Fine and attractive mixed franking.
