1859, 12¢ black, plate III (36B), block of four, two extra vertical lines between the vertical pairs appearing to be double frame lines but extending from top to bottom, fresh and bright, original gum (minimal loss from hinge removal not mentioned on accompanying certificate), Fine and scarce.
