Interior Dept., 1873, 2¢ vermilion (O16), full plate no. 45 pane of 100, exceptionally well centered, separated horizontally into two blocks of 50 and hinged together with other hinge-reinforcement, bright and fresh with 35 non-plate block stamps being never hinged (both plate blocks are hinged); Fine to Extremely Fine (top plate block F-VF, bottom Very Fine).
