State Dept., 1873, 30¢ dark green (O66), well-centered single, canceled by bold smear of ink, not tied, on large (and intact) white envelope to Philadelphia, neat "Washington D.C. Jul. 10" c.d.s., "Department of State" imprint at upper right; stamp with corner nick at upper right and small sealed tear at left, Fine and very rare.
