War Dept., 1873, 3¢ rose (O85), bottom margin block of 12 with imprint & plate no. 32, fresh and well centered, original gum, never hinged (two stamps with slight disturbance), couple nibbed perfs lower right stamp and perfs touch at left of left pair, but the rest are Very Fine to Extremely Fine.
