Ickes, Sec'y of the Interior, April 29, 1935", bright and fresh, average centering, small flaws two stamps, couple small pieces of selvage missing; still an attractive and unique Interior Department collateral item, Fine to Extremely Fine (top plate block F-VF, bottom just Extremely Fine).
