Parcel Post, 1913, 20¢ carmine rose (Q8), top margin plate no. block of six, fresh and nicely centered, original gum, hinge remnant top middle stamp, vertical printing crease right stamps, somewhat weak vertical perfs with just a bit of separation, otherwise F.-V.F.; an attractive example of this rare plate block.
