19th Century Collection, Balance of a mainly mint, high catalog collection of Regular Issues including such mint/unused as #14, 15 (part o.g., PFC), 20, 26A (o.g.), 35 (o.g., PFC), 37, 38, 56, 68, 69, 75 APS certificate), 83 ('71 PFC), 88 (most o.g.) 97, 98, 112-119, 134, 149, 156-161, 162 (o.g.), 178, 179, 185, 186 (disturbed o.g., PFC), 190 (most o.g.), 208 (o.g.), 208a (o.g., PFC), 217 & 218 (o.g.), 221-229, 258-262, 268-278, etc., etc.; also includes a few imprint and plate no. strips like #257 & 269 (NH). Condition is very mixed but you will find plenty of F-VF stamps and a few better (we note a #248 with a PSE XF 90NH certificate) and 13 stamps have certificates. A useful lot, well worth a careful inspection.
