1913 Parcel Post Issue, Impressive specialized collection including complete mint singles and blocks, less the 50¢ block, plus complete used blocks of four, two complete used sets and numerous all different precancels ranging from 14 of the 1¢ to one of the 50¢ & $1, with many of the precancels being plate no. singles; condition is a little mixed, but generally F-VF with some scattered NH (including three stamps in the 75¢ block. An interesting and unusual lot. Scott value is $7,750.
