1867, 2¢ black, F. grill, double and split grill (93, 93 var.), top sheet margin block of 40 with imprint, grill shifted so that at least 14 stamps have split grills, the balance having the grill at the extreme left edge of the stamp; in addition, many show a lightly impressed (more than several points) second grill in its normal position in the center of the stamp; full, partly disturbed original gum with some reinforcing and and some perf faults, couple of gum thins and minor telescoping, average centering but an important and totally unique Black Jack variety.
