Philippines 1944, 1p red orange & black, handstamped "VICTORY" (484), lower right corner margin single with tropical toning, a small hole at the lower right that appears to be a cigarette burn, and a paperclip rust stain at the upper right, unused, without gum, nonetheless, one of only 21 issued.
