Mint Plate Block Collection, 1887-1940, substantial collection of mint plate blocks on Scott National pages; highlights include (all Fine or better, NH unless noted) #286-86 (LH), 301, 314, 320, 325, 345-47 (LH), 370-72, 434-35, 516 (VF LH), 527, 528B, 536, 537, 558, 566, 571, 584-86, 588-91 (few VG-F), 612, C8-9, C16, C20-31, etc; 1925-40 is just about complete including several Kansas-Nebraskas; some average centering, but otherwise clean and F-VF throughout. A great lot.
