Commemoratives Virtually Complete, 1893-1987, primarily used collection in a Minkus album, lacking only the 4¢ & 8¢ Trans-Mississippis; begins with attractive Columbians, the $2-$4 being especially nice looking; the Trans-Mississippis are all centered Fine or better; the souvenir sheets are all mint, the White Plains sheet being F-VF NH with a bit of separation; some small faults and some obvious ones but otherwise F-VF. An attractive collection.
