Commemorative Plate Block Collection, 1919-1944, complete for the period all clean and Never Hinged; centering was not the owners primary concern so the 5¢ Huguenot-Walloon is VG and the 5¢ Pilgrim is just Fine, but the 1919 3¢ Victory and the Norse-Americans are solid F-VF; also, in addition to the Commems of the period, there is a complete set of Presidential plate blocks. Also includes a collection of Airmail and Back-of-the-Book plate blocks, 1941-1989, including three C31 and two C46 plus J88-101, all NH. A great lot.
