Official Special Printings overprinted "Specimen", Accumulation of about 105 stamps including 1¢ State & War "SEPCIMEN" errors, 1¢ Agriculture, Executive, Justice & State small dotted "i" varieties, as well as 10¢-30¢ Agriculture, complete Executive, 7¢ Navy (2), 15¢ Navy, 24¢ & 90¢ Post Office and 1¢-10¢ & 90¢ State; the two "Sepcimens" have faults and there are some other small faults, especially on the higher values, but much is F-VF and there are some XFs too. An exceptional lot of these rare stamps. Scott is about $17,000.
