Lot 1090
Belgian Congo & Ruanda-Urundi, 1886-1960, nearly complete mint collection on Scott Specialty album pages (also includes some used duplicates); in the Congo the only missing stamps of consequence are the 1901 1fr carmine & black (25) and Q1-Q3; the 1891 10fr buff (13) has a rounded corner, but virtually everything else is F-VF (the 1887 5fr violet (11) is signed Blaudiau) and just about all of the post-1925 material is NH including 1928 Stanley and B1-31 complete; Rwanda-Urundi is complete and apparently all NH. A terrific lot.
