Belgium, 1849-2000, impressive parallel mint and used collection in a fat Scott Specialty album; very nearly complete with the 19th century being mostly average used and the 20th being virtually complete and F-VF mint with a very large percentage being never hinged including almost all the post-1930 stamps and souvenir sheets. A terrific lot.
