Central America & Latin West Indies, 1862-1975, Comprehensive, mainly mint collection in five Scott Specialty albums; compprises Costa Rica, Cuba, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Dominican Republic, Mexico (perhaps $10,000 owner's cat.), Nicaragua, Panama, Salvador, with the span of years covered varying from country to country. The value is almost entirely in 20th century mint, where $50-and-up set abound, a good portion of which are NH, especially beginning in about 1930; virtually all clean and F-VF throughout. A rare opportunity.
