Ceylon & Sri Lanka,, 1857-1993, mainly mint collection on Scott Specialty album pages; the 19th century material is mostly used and slightly mixed, quality-wise, but there are a few nice F-VF OG surprises like #4, 58a, 83 (NH!), 99, 118, 152b and 152c; from 1903 onward everything is mint and F-VF including #166-214 and from #261 to the end it's all NH. An exceptional starter collection.
