French Colonies, 1859-1970s, fabulous, mainly mint collection with some used duplicates in six fully-packed Scott Specialty albums; begins with General Issues and runs from Alaouites through Wallis & Futuna minus F.S.A.T. and Polynesia (each offered separately); mid-19th century issues are a bit spotty, the real value being from the Peace & Commerce types (virtually all genuine!) forward with a very high degree of completion and with most of the post-1930 material being NH. A truly remarkable collection with condition being, with few exceptions, F-VF throughout.
