1894 First Bureau issue large die proofs (246P1//263P1), complete set comprising one of each value (1¢ blue, 2¢ carmine & 3¢ type II) on 150 x 200 mm cards; 50¢ oxidized as usual, otherwise fresh, clean and Very Fine. Accompanied by a handwritten presentation note from Postmaster General William L. Wilson on a PMG note card dated Feb 26, 1897.
