1852, 1¢ blue, type IV (9), horizontal strip of three, position 31-33L1L, huge margins on three sides to just clear at bottom pos. 32 and in at bottom pos. 33, deep color on bright paper with neat Waterford Va. town cancel, position 31 is an Extremely Fine with a strong double transfer; a lovely strip, accompanied by the cover from which it was removed.
