Morehead's Neurodyne, 4¢ black, old paper (RS186a), nicely centered with deep, dark color, disturbed gum, couple slightly short perfs and tiny filled thins; fresh Fine appearance and exceedingly rare. The Aldrich census records only 17 examples..
