Lot 2135
Seabury & Johnson, 1¢ lake, watermarked USIR (RS218d), usual penstroke through "Porous", well centered with strong color and virtually full original gum, perfs missing at upper left, otherwise Very Fine. Of the mere 17 examples recorded by Aldrich, this is the only one with original gum.
