Nova Scotia, 1860-63, 8½¢ green (11a), complete sheet of 100 with a few selvage flaws, bright and fresh with centering that is typical VG-XF and having a good number of the latter; gum is never hinged but there is incomplete gumming on one edge and remnants from having been stuck to something on the other—still there are at least 75 stamps with full n.h. o.g.
