Canada, 1855, Prince Albert, 6d slate gray (Unitrade 5), ample to mostly large margins, used with 3d red (4), vivid color, four ample to large margins (slight crease from file fold), both tied by light strikes of numeral "21" four-ring cancels on blue folded cover to Quebec City, matching "Montreal L.C., AU 4 1857" c.d.s., reverse with partial Quebec (8.6) arrival c.d.s.; some thinning on back from mounting, an Extremely Fine and rare use prepaying the 9d triple rate for up to 1½ oz. Scott 5.
