Canada, 1859, Queen Victoria, 1¢ rose (Unitrade 14), two singles neatly tied on 5¢ Nesbitt entire (U1) by "London C.W., PM, JA 23 '63" duplexes and addressed to Toronto, second London c.d.s. without the "PM" struck at left and a straight line "Registered" handstamp in gothic type; an additional straight line "Registered" in Roman type was applied upon arrival in Toronto but there are no other Toronto markings; part of flap removed, fresh and Extremely Fine an example of both the postage and registry fee being paid with stamps.
