Canada, 1859, Prince Albert, 10¢ red lilac (Unitrade 17), vertical pair used with 5¢ vermilion (15) and tied by bold strikes numeral "8" four-ring cancels on wrapper postmarked Chatham U.C., Sep 9 "18 4" (1864, the "6" being omitted), originally containing legal papers that were sent by parcel post to Toronto; reduced somewhat at left with small tear along vertical file fold; otherwise Fine and exceedingly rare. One of only four wrappers recorded with this rate and one of only two with this franking. Scott 17.
