Canada, 1864, Queen Victoria, 2¢ rose (Unitrade 20), horizontal pair used with a 1¢ rose (14), tied on cover to Brockville C.W. by Montreal duplexes, Nov 3, 1866; one 2¢ with couple short perfs, trivial, small opening tear at top with most of top flap missing; otherwise Very Fine and a very scarce usage paying the 5¢ domestic letter rate; one of only 13 such frankings recorded.
