Canada, 1864, Queen Victoria, 2¢ rose (Unitrade 20), horizontal pair, used with 1¢ rose (14) and 5¢ vermilion (15) singles, small stamp flaws, all tied by two strikes of "London, MY 16" duplexes on circa 1862 cover to Windsor, Ont.; reduced a bit at top and tiny edge tear, Very Fine and unusual franking prepaying three times the post-Confederation 3¢ letter rate (overpaid by 1¢), or more likely the old double 10¢ rate.
