States" with shield exchange marking and manuscript "10" due rating, black "6d" circled due handstamp indicating non-acceptance of Canadian postage, reverse with transits and "Perth, OC 28 1853" arrival c.d.s., with transit & receiving backstamps; cover with light wrinkling slightly toned at right; a Fine and rare attempted use of Canadian postage from the United States.
