Canada, 1859, Prince Albert, 10¢ red lilac (Unitrade 17), lovely distinctive color, well centered for this difficult stamp, slightly blunt top right corner, tied by concentric-rings cancel on 1867 cover to Campo Seco, California, matching "Aurora U.C., SP 17 1867" c.d.s. adjacent; reduced slightly at left, Very Fine use at the reduced 10¢ California rate which became effective from July 1, 1864.
