Canada, 1859, Queen Victoria, 12½¢ yellow green (Unitrade 18), horizontal pair, tied by concentric-rings cancels on yellow cover from Warwick, U.C. to Victoria, Vancouver Island, matching "Warwick U.C., DE 4 1865" origin c.d.s., docketed in pencil "Received 1/19/65" on reverse; restored left edge, a Very Fine appearing use prepaying double the 10¢ rate (eff. July 1864 to June 1870) via the U.S. transcontinental route. Scott 18.
