1910, 1¢ green (374), full sheet waste pane of 60, lower right imprint & plate number 5639 w/stars, original gum, few hinge remnants, some separation at edges, F.-V.F. and rare.

These small sheets were sold only in Washington, D.C. during September and October of 1912. They were made from the outer six vertical rows of imperforate "star plates" that were deemed unsuitable for use in vending machines due to their 3mm spacing.
