1998, Unissued non-denominated "H" postal card rate stamp (3269 footnote), used as a 20¢ stamp with a 1977 13¢ Christmas stamp (1730) and 1¢ Kestrel (3031) on commercial cover, Dec 6, 2001; Extremely Fine and rare. The cover was mailed by by Greencastle Ind. coin dealer Julian Jarvis, who was among the early discoverers of the so-called "yellow hat" stamp, post office fresh and beautifully centered.

The postcard rate in 2001 was 20¢. This cover, therefore, was properly franked with the then-current 34¢ first class letter rate.
